

Beginners Swimming
Swimming is a discipline that requires practice and above all a lot of technique. In the Swimming Skills training for beginners we focus on correcting and improving the technique of swimmers. Our trainers will focus on teaching you the basic techniques to carry out swimming training. In each session there are several lanes for each swimmer to train with other members of the same level.
Level: Beginner (it is essential to know how to swim freestyle (Crol))
Duration: 1 hour
Mandatory equipment: Glasses, swimming cap and swimsuit, flip flops, towel and a padlock to leave things in the locker.
