Initiation to Running

The Running Initiation workouts focus on working on the basic aspects that any runner should include in their weekly routine. Through low intensity training, we work on the strength, endurance, speed, mobility and endurance of any runner who wants to continue evolving and improving in a controlled manner and without injury.
