How to go up, how to go down, where to position your feet, recognize the different types of terrain… The Trail Running Initiation training will lead you to enjoy the mountains while you learn the fundamental aspects to be able to run on roads, trails and trial roads with confidence and in a safe way.

Mandatory material: Frontal (winter months) and mobile loaded during training.
