Introduction to Trail Running

How to go up, how to go down, where to position your feet, recognize the different types of terrain… The Initiation to Trail Running training will take you to enjoy the mountains while you learn the fundamental aspects to be able to run on roads, trails and trails with confidence and in a safe way.
Level: Beginner
Duration: 1 hour
Mandatory Material: Frontal (winter months) and mobile phone charged during training.
