

Swimming
There are a large number of aspects that we have to control during swimming. PRORUNNERS coaches will focus on improving your technique to become an efficient swimmer and to be able to maintain a good position in the water. In each session we have several lanes for each member to swim with swimmers of the same level.
Level: Intermediate – Advanced
Duration: 1 hour
Mandatory equipment: Goggles, swimming cap and swimsuit, flip flops and towel.
