Trail Running

The mountain is an environment that we must respect, especially when we are running. In Trail Running training, we not only work on the runner’s performance, but also on positioning, uphill and downhill technique, and how to regulate our intensity in each section of the training.
Level: Intermediate – Advanced
Duration: 1 hour
Mandatory Material: Frontal (winter months) and mobile phone charged during training.
