The mountain is an environment that we must respect, especially when we are running. In Trail Running training, not only the performance of the runner is worked on, but also the positioning, the technique of going up and down and how to regulate our intensity in each section of the training.
Level: Intermediate – Advanced
Duration: 1 hour
Mandatory material: Frontal (winter months) and mobile loaded during training.
