for beginners

If you’re logging your first kilometers and looking to step into the running world, we encourage you to try one of our Running Groups for Beginners. In these workouts, we cover all the essential aspects to make you a well-rounded runner without the need to hit demanding paces or high intensities.

– Monday at 7:30 p.m.
– Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.
