Self improvement is the goal of any experienced runner. In our running workouts, we focus on intervals and tempo runs in demanding sessions to enhance our race paces.
- Tuesdays at 07:45 p.m, interval run at the Mar Bella atlethics track.
- Thursdays at 07:45 p.m, tempo runs along the Barcelona waterfront.
- Saturdays at 08:00 a.m, either track intervals or tempo runs along the Barcelona waterfront.
All sessions start from Ramon Turró, 303, an ideal location to kick off our sessions. During the warm-up jog, we just need to cross two streets before we reach the Barcelona seafront, where we can choose to head towards Forum or Hotel Vela.
