Trainings to
START RUNNING
The Running Initiation sessions focus on working on the basic aspects that any runner should know to progress smoothly. Through low intensity training, we work on the strength, endurance, speed and mobility of any runner who wants to continue evolving and improving in a controlled manner and without injury.
– Initiation to Running: Monday and Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. for low/intermediate level runners
– First Strides: Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. for people who want to start running.
All sessions leave from Ramon Turró, 303, where you can change and leave your belongings during training.
