RUNNING
Whether you are taking your first steps or you are an experienced runner, the Trail Running sessions will lead you to enjoy the mountains, working on all the necessary aspects to run on roads, trails and trails with safety and confidence.
– Wednesday at 7:45 p.m. for beginner level
– Tuesday and Thursday at 7:45 p.m. and Saturday at 8:45 a.m. for intermediate/advanced level
