Whether you are taking your first steps or if you are an experienced runner, Trail Running sessions will take you to enjoy the mountains, working on all the necessary aspects to run on roads, trails and trails with safety and confidence.

– Wednesdays at 7:45 p.m. for beginner level

– Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:45 p.m. and Saturdays at 8:45 a.m. for intermediate/advanced level
