All of our training TRIATHLON

Triathlon and its three disciplines bring together various factors to take into account both training and competing.

Our training groups for beginners and experienced triathletes cover all the aspects necessary to practice all three disciplines effectively and safely.

– Monday at 07:00 a.m. intermediate/advanced level swimming

– Tuesday at 8:00 p.m. beginner level swimming

– Tuesday Run rhythm changes at 7:45 p.m. all levels

– Thursday Run series at 7:45 p.m. all levels

– Friday at 7:30 p.m. open water swimming intermediate/advanced level

– Friday at 8:00 p.m. intermediate/advanced level swimming

– Saturday at 08:00 a.m. Low/medium and high level cycling

– Saturday at 08:00 a.m. Cycling for Beginners
