The triathlon and its three disciplines bring together various factors to take into account both training and competing.

Our training groups for beginner and experienced triathletes cover all the necessary aspects to practice the three disciplines effectively and safely.

– Monday at 07:00 a.m. swimming at intermediate/advanced level

– Tuesday at 8pm beginner level swimming

– Tuesday Run changes of pace at 7:45 p.m. all levels

– Thursday Run series at 7:45 p.m. all levels

– Friday at 7:30 p.m. open water swimming at intermediate/advanced level

– Friday at 8:00 p.m. swimming at intermediate/advanced level

– Saturday at 08:00h Cycling low/medium and high level

– Saturday at 08:00h Cycling for Beginners
